Delivery & Shipping Policy

Digital Delivery Only
Publications sold on gpsforum.org are digital (PDF). Nothing is shipped by post or courier, and there are no shipping charges. You receive access online, and can read the publication on the website and download it.
When You Receive Access
- Card payment: access is given straight away once the payment is confirmed. You are taken to your order, and we also email you a link to it.
- Bank transfer: access is given after we have checked that your transfer has reached our account. This usually takes up to 1 working day after you send us the payment slip, and can take longer over weekends and public holidays.
If you have not received access within these times, please check your spam or junk folder, then contact us.
Where Access Is Sent
Access is linked to the email address you enter at checkout. Please check it carefully. You can return to your publications at any time by signing in on our website with that email address.
Your Licence
Each purchase gives one person a personal, non-transferable licence to read and keep the publication. It may not be shared, resold, reposted or distributed, in whole or in part, without our written permission. See our Terms of Use for details.
Problems With Delivery
If a download fails or a file does not open, contact us with your order number and we will give you access again. Our Refund & Return Policy explains the limited cases in which a refund is made.
