Mr. Tahir Raza Naqvi brings with him an illustrious career spanning over 37 years in public service in Pakistan. A member of the 11th Common Training Program (CTP) of the former District Management Group (DMG), he joined government service in 1983 and completed his public service career in 2020 after serving in key leadership positions at both federal and provincial levels.

During his distinguished career, Mr. Naqvi served as Federal Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs Division, and headed key organisations including TDAP, NICL, and the Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP). In FBR, he served as Member Administration. In Punjab, he served as Secretary of Industries, Food, Population Welfare, Commerce & Investment, and Social Welfare Departments. He also served as Commissioner Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI), Registrar Cooperatives, and Deputy Commissioner of Mandi Bahauddin, Kasur, and Sialkot.

Since 2020, he has been serving as CEO of OneSource Pakistan Pvt. Ltd. He is Chairman of SynAmal Solutions Ltd., BBT Ltd., and Core Solar Ltd., and Executive Director of Smart MEP & Solutions Engineering Ltd. He is also Country Representative of TIGA Healthcare Technologies Ltd. (Türkiye), UAvionics Ltd. (Poland), and Cyberteq PLC (Singapore).

Mr. Naqvi is actively engaged in management consulting, lobbying, and government relations, providing strategic solutions in regulatory affairs, risk management, compliance, crisis management, business development, corporate governance, and facilitation of ease of doing business.

A committed philanthropist, he serves on the boards of several charitable organisations and contributes to initiatives focused on social development and community welfare.

Mr. Naqvi's association with the Global Peace and Security Forum (GPS Forum) as the Senior Fellow adds value to the Forum's work through his wide-ranging experience in governance, public policy, institutional management, regulatory affairs, and strategic advisory services.
