Ms. Arooj Fatima Kazmi brings together public policy education, strategic research, and creative design experience. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), where she graduated as a Silver Medalist, and an MPhil in Strategic Studies from National Defence University, Islamabad.
Ms. Kazmi has published in HEC-accredited and policy-oriented platforms, with work focusing on strategic stability, space security, emerging technologies, and regional security issues. She has also gained research, communication, and outreach experience through professional training placements with GPS Forum, CASS, ISPR, SVI, and SDPI, contributing to policy research, strategic communication, institutional outreach, and digital content development.
She served as Director Graphics and contributed to publications at the NUST Community Services Club, where she developed visual material for social causes, outreach campaigns, donation drives, and university events. As part of a NUST student-led social entrepreneurship project, she also co-founded Wasooq, an art therapy initiative for psychology graduates, contributing to its branding, market research, business model, and pilot planning.
Her wider experience includes branding, publications, content creation, and social media communication, while her academic and creative strengths are further reflected in her country distinction at O Levels.
At GPS Forum, Ms. Kazmi supports the Forum's visual identity, creative content and productions, digital outreach, and public-facing communication. Her ability to combine policy understanding with purposeful design helps translate complex ideas into accessible, elegant, and engaging visual products. Representing a promising generation of young policy-oriented professionals in Pakistan, she brings energy, clarity, and creativity to GPS Forum's mission of informed public engagement.
